Had a chilled Easter break, but gotta say, the location was out of this world! Beautiful and peaceful, just what we needed. And can I just say, the WiFi was on point! No issues at all while we were working - it was a godsend. Plus, the cottage itself was so cozy and clean, we felt right at home. Loved the modern interior too, it added a touch of class. And bonus, there's loads of places to visit nearby, really easy to get to.

Okay, so here's the lowdown. Maybe it was just me being picky, but I couldn't sleep for toffee!

The cottage was cosy, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The wifi was excellent for work purposes, with no issues at all. The modern interior added a touch of luxury, and the riverside location offered stunning views of the wildlife. The cottage provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a wood burner for cozy evenings. The Estate office was accommodating, ensuring minimal noise levels from the neighboring construction.

The television channels were limited and not of high quality for those who wanted to relax and unwind in the evenings.

The nearby walks allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings and spot deer and other animals. We did have a minor issue with the woodburner, but it didn't affect our overall experience. The builders next door were considerate and ensured minimal noise disturbance. Despite a different bed and slightly uncomfortable sofas, we still had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we highly recommend Osprey Cottage for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful location.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at a beautiful cottage by the riverside. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the river and plenty of opportunities to observe wildlife. the cottage itself was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the internet connection was excellent, and it was a pleasant surprise to have good phone signal as well. the estate office was very helpful, providing clear instructions at the beginning of our visit. I can't wait to return in the future and explore the local area even more. Cons: Couldn't fault it! 😄.

We got excellent value for our money at Osprey Cottage in Port O Tay. The room was cozy with a modern touch, and the riverside location provided stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff at the Estate office were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only small improvement for the breakfast option would be to offer a wider variety of choices.
